The Lenergy Group is committed to biodiversity in accordance with the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (COP15, 2022) and the ESRS E4 standard. Objective: no net loss of biodiversity by 2030.
Our concrete commitments
Power plant design
All our PV plants include a local biodiversity impact assessment. Priority given to development on degraded land.
Agrivoltaics
Combining solar panels with agriculture — preserving ecosystems while generating energy.
Ecological corridors
Maintenance of green corridors between our installations.
Protected species
Inventory of species present on our sites before any construction work begins.
Water
Water-free cooling systems on our plants. Zero discharge into groundwater.
TNFD reporting
Preparation for TNFD reporting by 2026.

- 100% of new projects with prior biodiversity assessment
- Full offsetting of all developed land areas
