1. What is a cookie?

2. Strictly necessary trackers (exempt from consent)
lenergy-theme (localStorage): stores your light/dark display preference.
lenergy-consent (localStorage, 13 months): records your consent choices so you are not asked again on every visit.
These trackers contain no identifying data and are never shared with third parties.
3. Audience measurement
Website analytics rely on Umami, a solution self-hosted by Lenergy, cookie-free and collecting no personal data (aggregated, anonymous statistics). As such, it is exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines.
4. Third-party services
Contact assistant (crm.lenerweb.fr): the chat widget is hosted by LenerWeb SAS, our hosting provider, and activates no advertising tracker.
Web fonts (fonts.bunny.net): a GDPR-friendly European service that sets no cookies.
No advertising, social media or profiling cookies are used on this website.
5. Managing your preferences
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse trackers by category (analytics, marketing, social media). You can change your choices at any time by deleting the lenergy-consent key from your browser's local storage or by clearing the site data in your browser settings; the banner will then be shown again. Your consent is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
6. Your rights
