The 4 stages

Pre-selection (anonymous CV)
CV reviewed without identifying information (gender, origin, photo) by HR + 1 manager. Response within 7 days.
2
HR video interview (45 min)
Discussion of career history, motivations and salary expectations. Soft skills assessment.
3
Technical test + hiring manager interview
Practical case study 1–2h depending on the role + 1h technical discussion with the direct manager.
4
Final interview + offer
Meeting with a senior leader (Director / VP / COMEX). Verbal offer followed by written offer within 48 hours.
