Strategic pillars
Our 2030 strategic plan rests on four pillars:
- Industrial scaling — 14 to 30 active plants, 2,300 → 10,000 MW (target)
- Vertical integration — close the loop from R&D to consumer billing through Lenergy DISTRIBUTION (launch 2026)
- African anchoring — 60% of group revenue from Africa by 2030 (target), supporting energy sovereignty
- Public-market access — Euronext Paris IPO Q4 2027 (target) on compartment B
